Beginner Wheel

No Prior Experience Necessary. For Ages 18 and older. 

Beginner Wheel is a 6-week course introducing students to clay. We will dedicate the majority of our time on the wheel. We will focus on learning and refining techniques to create cylinders  — foundational shape for wheel techniques — and explore other forms such as bowls. We will also learn how to glaze. Students will have access to Clay School facilities, shared community tools, and glazes during class time. 25lbs of clay is provided free of charge.

Students are highly encouraged to attend lab once a week (this is not included in the course fees).

Refund Policy: Full refund if the student notifies the instructor 8 days or more before the start of the class. No refund 7 days  or less before the class begins.
